Just adding boxed-layout in the body is not working.. any ideas how I can have a boxed layout on my page?
You need to add class "boxed-layout" to <body> element. I tested it right now and it's working correctly, it's also working on demo page.
there is a Readme file, where we described the structure of the theme and how to use it. Every component is structured into own file, so every component which you won't use, you just won't include it into your project. I believe you are using some backend infrastructure (php, java, .net, rails..), so you just connect the frontend files to you backend files and that's it.
I am just wondering if it is possible to have inline in a row, a combination of buttons, button group and input group?
It seems whenever I try to do this, the input group always falls below the buttons.
I managed to have it on the same row by putting it into another grid pulled right in the row but I would rather control the size and have it move with the buttons. This way it does not respond well to the different window sizes.
you can use the basic setting from bootstrap - button groups http://getbootstrap.com/components/#btn-groups
