if I understand correctly, you would like to hide config tool element. It is only for demo use, it is recommended to remove it while implementing.
could you be please more specific? How would you like to use the API? And what for?
from the UX point of view dropdow is a lot of better for mobile viewport. It saves lots of space which would be taken by the sidebar. And mobile pages are usually long which gives you now better UX, because you can keep the top bar attached to the top of your browser so user can always use the navigation.
I bought your theme however, it's not rendering properly on larger screen sizes. For example, the preview render on only part of the screen on my imac. Take a look here:
Why is it like this and how can I fix this?
it's not a bug, it's intention. Because from UX point of view, it's not good to make website e.g. 2560px. But if you would like to change it, it's very simple.
Sass version: just change the value of variable $container-max-width in file _variables.scss
CSS compiles version: find for "1920px" in the file theme_styles.css (you should find 2 occurrences) and change it to your own value.
I love the theme! and I was hoping to really utilize fully the Angular Version. However, some of the functionality - in the Angular Theme - is not fully bound to the AngularJS scope. :-( This leaves the developer devoting time and effort - creating service and directive to make the application fully angular and DRY.
Please consider Angularing a couple of functionalities outside the JQuery Plugin to Angular
Some of them could be more easy to implement than others but could save developers time that could be devoted playing with the bountifulness of your plugin ;-)

the change is very easy. Just add skin class to the <body> element. All possible options are "theme-white", "theme-blue-gradient", "theme-turquoise", "theme-amethyst", "theme-blue", "theme-red", "theme-whbl" or leave it empty for default skin.
I cannot find a nice file upload field in form-elements.html, I mean the normal <input type='file'>, is it missing or can you please tell me where to find it?
Thanks a lot!
unfortunately custom design of file input is currently not included. We will add it to our todo list and add it in the future.
