Did you buy the template? There is no "purchased" label next to your username...
Apparently we can't display Instagram feed anymore due to the changes to Instagram's API. Unfortunately we will need to remove the section from our template's future versions.
i bought the theme today with credit card but i didnt receive it.
Please send your PayPal purchase receipt to us (themes[at]3rdwavemedia.com) and we will help.
It's best you contact PayPal or your credit card provider about the transaction.
Decibel is a static HTML5 template and it is NOT a CMS theme (eg. Wordpress theme). You can't just "install" it as you do with a CMS theme. You will need some help from a web developer if you don't know how to customise HTML/CSS yourself. Hope that helps.

You might find the article below useful:

Same in both Firefox and IE11 and Chrome with any blockers disabled.

the icons look great on a full screen the responsive rollover is great but when resized to smartphone, they become uselessly tiny, even when an svg is used. Can't find where that resizing takes place?
However you should be able to change all the styling (desktop/mobile) yourself via the theme css file. Perhaps get a web developer to take a look for you?
The path index uses is: "decibel/assets/plugins/bootstrap/css/less/normalize.less" but it just doesn´t exists.
Anyone know how to set this?
