Will you be providing a Rails version? thanks
Hi,

Thank you for contact. Currently I don't have specific plans for Rails version. I thought about it and maybe it will be available in future but right now I don't have it.

Best, Damian
Hi, great product.

Can you please explain how to fully enable the login/registration functionality? Its not on any example in the package.

I know my way around and installed authentication with JWT. Will the process described here will work? http://jasonwatmore.com/post/2015/03/10/angularjs-user-registration-and-login-example-tutorial
If not using JWT, will this work?

Hi,

Thank you for contact. Homer is an Admin theme so I dont have a full example of authentication mechanism with backend code. But if you dont want to use jwt your second example with also work.

Waiting version 2 to buy it and to start to work on it, could you provide a printable version of the invoice page ? ;)

Any idea of the release date ?

Thanks.
Hi
Any idea of a date for version 2.0
Hi @SebH,
Printable version of invoice, something like Inspinia has : http://webapplayers.com/inspinia_admin-v2.7/invoice.html (Print Invoice) ?

Hi @darretking,
No specific release date but it should be sooner than later right now.

Hi,

Yes, a printable version like Inspina has would be perfect ;)
(because yours for the moment displays the sidebar menu :D

Thanks ;)
There is the version "menu on top", for smartphone is good but desktop is not so comfortable with a resolution greater than 900px
Hi,

Thank you for contact. I'm not sure I understand your question. For desktop Homer has a default top menu as you can see in live example. If you use it in mobile resolution then it is changed to small menu.

Hi,

I just purchased HOMER, but I am not able to start it on localhost for meteor?
I always receive Error-codes like "Error serving static file Error: ENOENT, stat 'C:\.....' in the command.

Do you have any idea how to solve this? Would appreciate any answer that helps to fix this...

Thanks.
Hi,

Thank you for contact. I can't reproduce it, can you please contact me on support email with more info about your system and full log ?

Do you have a bower file with all package names ?
for: Homer_Full_Version_HTML_JS
Hi,

Thank you for contact. I don't have prepared bower for Static version but you can use bower from Angular version and remove all angular directive.

Just switched from a prior bootstrap theme to HOMER. I've noticed that all of my modals with button postbacks no longer work. Everything went fairly smooth except this. I have a form at the master page, and a modal on a detail page, that on "filter" clicks a button. The button click is losing the modal viewstate. I'm assuming it's an issue with where it's embedded in the form. If I remove the "modal" div's, and just place the form at the top of the detail page everything works. When I put it in a modal div, it doesn't. Any ideas. Worked fine on last bootstrap theme. Not this one.
got it - in the homer.js file, where you append the modal to the body - that needs (in my case) to be appended the form. not sure what else that is going to impact, but it solved my issue so I'm going with that for now.

this is an asp.net web forms, C# project using Telerik web controls and ajax managers.
Hi,

Thank you for contact. Yes, initial I move all models windows to body tag. It is not necessary so I'm glad you find it. By the way It's great that you are using Homer with Telerik, I didn't know that it will be working.

Hi sir,
Thanks for your great work for us.
Do you have any plan for merge this genius project to angular 2?
I think angular-CLI plus this UI will be a great combination. I am very looking forward seeing the Angular 2 version.

Thanks for your great job
Hi,

Thank you for contact. Yes, I have it in my plan and for sure I will use CLI version.

Hi,

Do you have an official date for version 2?
Will there be major changes?
Will it be possible to migrate easily?

Thank you
Hi,

Thank you for contact. I don't have official release date but it should be soon. I never plan to breaking changes so update in most case is easy and it comes down to update core style and scripts.

Hi,

I've a problem with a modal popup: when the popup is opened, the background items are shifted on the left (the wrapper width is resize of 254 pixels).
Do you have any idea about the solution for this issue ?

Thanks

Hi,

we've found a bug when using modals. Every time you open a modal and close it, the user will be redirected to top of his browser window. Looks like the current user scrolling position is ignored. This is quite annoying if you have a site with much content on it.

When using bootstrap defaults the user scroll position is recognized correctly (have a look at http://getbootstrap.com/javascript/#modals ).

Any idea how to fix this?
Hi,

Thank you for contact. To improve this please add (overwrite) or replace old style for body.modal-open: body.modal-open { padding-right: 0 !important; position: relative; overflow: visible; }.

Best regards, Damian

Hi Damien,

thanks for your fast reply. Sadly it doesn't improve the situation.

When you push the button and the modal becomes visible, the background site content still jumps to top.

The same effect is visible at your demo site at http://webapplayers.com/homer_admin-v1.9.1/modals.html . Just scroll down a little bit and press "Launch demo modal". The site background also moves to top.

Bug occurs due to body {height:100%} . Is there any specific reason why you need body set to 100%?
Hi,

I will need to check it but as I remember it was needed for correct layout. But in this case you can simple add this:

body.modal-open {
padding-right: 0 !important;
position: absolute;
height: initial;
}

And this will reset the height on modal open and after close it will back to 100%.

Best regards, Damian

Hi,

yeah, works.

First of all I just fixed it by using body {height: auto}, but your code is more specific.

Hi Damian,

after updating to v2 the bug occurs again. Any changes here?

Thanks.
how can I set the splash screen to present for a min set time? using html/js version
Hi,

Thank you for contact. Right now splash screen is controlled by simple detect the window load event. If you want extend the time, you can simple add setTimeout in the event. If you need example code how to do this, feel free to contact with me on support email.

Best regards, Damian
$(window).bind("load", function () {
// Remove splash screen after load
setTimeout($('.splash').css('display', 'none'),30000);
});

does this seem correct?
