Hello, is there any chance you will provide SCSS sources and a file manager UI like on inspinia?

Yes, I have in plan to add file manager view as well as new page design in next version. About SCSS, probably not in next version but I will try to provide it in future versions.

I need your help: I want to buy this theme or INSPINA. Both of them will work perfectly for my project, but I need that you tell me which one is the best, based in code structure, performance, documentation, etc.

Some comments says that this one is the best, what do you think?

It all depend on what kind of app you are building. Feel free to write to me on support email about your app and i will try to advice which theme will be more suit.

Best regards, Damian
I love what you guys did on this template, but I don't know if someone has mentioned this: Can you set the menu to be fixed and not scrollable like the demo does? I want to buy this template, but this is the only thing that prevents me to do it. Also, the fact that open and hide the menu in mobile version, shrinks the content... is there a way to prevent this? I just want to move the content to the right without the bottom scroller of course.

Let me know if you plan to put some configuration to manipulate the layout of the template (sidebar, top, bottom, etc) like other templates does.

Thank you so much for read my comments
The INSPINA's sidebar is just what I'm asking... can you do something like that? the sidebar (menu) doesn't move if I scroll the content. That will be awesome.

If you want to have fixed left navigation you can add optional classes to your body tag: (fixed-sidebar fixed-navbar). About right sidebar, we will add right sidebar with fixed height in future versions as well as config box to change options in live preview.

Great theme, exactly what I needed! I was wondering how your workflow is for generating a jquery version folder and a angularjs version folder? Is it something automated or are you doing this manually after each updates?

I really like your work man, clean and pro.

Thank you for kind words. About each different versions. In most case it is manual work. We built some internal tools to helping us with repeated small tasks but in most it is like preparing/updating/testing separate project.

Best regards, Damian
Great looking theme, my question is why you choose to describe it as "for small and medium webapp"? Is there any reason to believe it would not work well for a large webapp?

Hi @rmoustgaard,

This is good question. Primary we launch Homer with few major views and only one AngularJS version. We thought that it will always be one version with few common pages. But we had many request from users who like Homer that they would like to have Meteor version, pure html version and many specific views. So we worked hard to add new versions like Meteor, ASP MVC, we added many new views, options and features, so right now it is no longer for small app only. It is old text from version 1.0, and we will change it releasing new version. Thank you for pointing this.

Best regards, Damian
I have purchased HOMER and INSPINIA for MVC project - they are awesome!!!
Any idea of when there will be some more MVC features for HOMER?

Hey, sorry to comment here, but I want to ask you this: which one is the best? INSPINA has MANY more features than HOMER, but HOMER has better good looking, the interface is just amazing, but in terms of features homer is not good (in my point of view). Can you share your thoughts? Thank you.
Thats why I purchased both, I looked HOMER's look and feel, but INSPINIA's functionlaity. I am busy combining features for my project.

New features for MVC version will be available in next version which will be released on early July.

You can always contact with us if you want some example code to help you decide which theme will be suit most.

Best regards, Damian

I really like this template but do you have an option for darker themes? My client wants some sort of dark themes or maybe a switch from dark to light theme.

Thank you for contact and consider Homer theme. Current version does not have dark UI skin and we don't have a plan to add it but you may be interest in our new theme Luna which will be released soon. It is full dark UI theme. Feel free to contact with us on support email to get more information about it.

Best regards, Damian
Any progress on Validation plugin? I am eagerly waiting for it :)

Validation will be available in next version which will be released soon. We have in plan to release it in next week.

Best regards, Damian
Is everything listed under 'In Progress' coming in next version?
Right sidebar may be very useful for our project! ;)

Thanks, Jacob

Right sidebar will be available in next version. Probably not all from the list but most of yes.

Do you have an example of how to open a hpanel collapsed without having to call showhide?

You can open and collapse hpanel by manage the class of it. So you dont have to call showhide function and you can build your own mechanism. Feel free to contact with us on support email and I can show you some example code.

Best regards, Damian

I have purchased both INSPINIA and HOMER.

I am using HOMER for a web app that I am creating. Do you perhaps have some MVC code for a layout that has the menu at the top like this http://webapplayers.com/inspinia_admin-v2.2/dashboard_4.html

Hi Darret,

Thank you for contact. In current version of Homer we don't have such an layout but it can be easily created. I will try to add it in future version.

Best regards, Damian
Do I have to buy every version or are upgrades included?

After purchase you are entitled to download all future version and upgrade for free anytime you want. It is one time payment for full package with all future version.

Best regards, Damian
Great template, looking for a bit of advice, how do I make the wrapper stretch to the content, at the moment it fills the whole page so I can't have a footer?
yes, same problem here. The footer is below the page, so can't see it unless you scroll down to reveal. Therefore not useful at all.

You are asking about boxed layout ? We will try to add such an layout in new version as well as footer example. So please stay tuned and example for those feature will be available.

Best regards, Damian
Hi, I will buy MVC version but how can i select this version? This is my first time shopping so can you help me ?

No problem, once you purchase, you will have a link to download full package of Homer. In this package you will have all available version: ASP MVC, Angular, Meteor, so you don't need to select version, you will have all versions.

Best regards, Damian
Firstly, thanks for the great piece of code!

I am using the "Homer_Full_Version_AngularJS" version and having issues with the setup.

If I try to run, "grunt build", "grunt live" or "grunt server", I get the error:

"Cannot find module 'escape-html'"

On top of this, if I try to run "npm install -g grunt-cli" or "npm install -g bower", even with "sudo" in front, I get

"The package yo does not satisfy its siblings' peerDependencies requirements!"

Perhaps this is to do with my own setup, but I have Node/GIT/Grunt/Bower installed Globally and don't normally have this problem with other projects I install.

Thanks for any help!
Hi again!

Just to add more detail to this, when I run "grunt live" i get:

>> Error: Cannot find module 'escape-html'
Warning: Task "connect:livereload" not found. Use --force to continue.

And when I run "grunt server" I get:

>> Error: Cannot find module 'escape-html'
Warning: Task "connect:dist:keepalive" not found. Use --force to continue.

Here is a screen grab of my terminal, also:

Is this to do with my setup?!

Thanks again
Hi again

I switched to the Angular Seed App and this is all building and running fine now.

I am assuming because 'escape-html' is not required.

Thanks anyway.

Exactly 'escape-html' module is not required by Homer. If you will have any other questions feel free to write to us on support email.

Best regards, Damian
Hi Damian,

Can you please introduce a page (Drag & Drop) builder plugin. Where user can design their own front-end pages using the backend.

This is feature that we are working currently. I have in plan to add drag drop builder for landing page first. I can't tell you specific date for this feature but we will probably have it in next version.

Best regards, Damian
Hi malsuresh,
do you have a plan to add GULP support ?

If you are interested in Gulp version then no problem. We can add Gulp support in the next version.

Best regards, Damian
Hi Damian, when is the next version of Homer to be released? I bought both Homer and Inspinia, I like Homer better but need some fetaures of Inspinia not currently in Homer, some not on your in progress list in Homer. So when will the next update for Homer be released? Kind regards

We just released new 1.7 version. If you still need some features or page design that Homer don't have, feel free to write to as and we can add it to next release.

Best regards, Damian
Hi Damian, yes I now see the latest update and still do need 2-3 key features added. When is the next update likely so I can try to access if we have time to wait of just go ahead and build those parts ourselves. Kind regards

What features are you need ?

Best regards, Damian
One more quick question. Is the compose page of the mailbox section missing on Homer or am i just missing it? kind regards.

Compose mail is not available in current version of Homer but we will add compose and view email page in next version.

Best regards, Damian
I purchased this theme, thanks it looks great. I am using only the HTML, JS but anyway it is nice to support the authors. I would really like the mail themes and also as the other commenter asked, about a compose and view mail for the mailbox.

//= require toastr

Hi @ankursethi108,

Thank you very much for sharing this. I think some users can find it very useful for Ruby version. We have also plan to add Ruby version in future - thank you for support.

About mailbox views, I'm currently working on it so in next version whole package of views for email will be available.

Best regards, Damian
