This template however... I have mixed feelings about this one. The design is looking great in the live preview. But that is where it starts to get odd. The documentation is missing important parts of the JS setup. When you set it all up the chrome console will inform you that:
"SVG's SMIL animations (<animate>, <set>, etc.) are deprecated and will be removed. Please use CSS animations or Web animations instead."
Why include tags and functions that are deprecated? The only purpose of a template is to safe time and not create extra work, like looking into the different parts to find where the calls to deprecated APIs are being made.
This template is also the first not serving the images used in the live demo as part of the package. For whatever reason they are replaced with grey images. And even this step seems incomplete as not all images used in the examples have been replaced, so you will received missing resource errors related to those missing pictures.
All in all the Dev deserves the 15$ for his work here. But it feels bitter that this is the state of the product (Version 1.0.1) and these issues haven't been addressed till today, last update occurred 5 months ago as of writing these lines. Also, I have seen better templates for that price and less, but here's to the Dev, hoping to read these lines one day and fixing the issues I pointed out.
Thank you for purchasing my theme and apologize for any inconvenience.
- You have to remove class "animsition" from div.wrapper to remove the warning in your console, I will find what part of the js cause this warning.
- May I know what JS setup you want?
- I can't include some of the images in the theme package because of the license that why I replaced all of them with the placeholder images.
