I've noticed with the version I have downloaded that when resizing the browser, sometimes the logo can overlap with the menu items in the top navigation. I don't see this on the version on wrapbootstrap.com. Any ideas what might be going on. Here is a picture of it:

This is with the latest version of Chrome on Windows 8

I'm having a minor problem with playing embedded videos at full screen size.

For example, take the video in the template at http://demo.fuviz.com/reen/v1-1/portfolio-post5.html - play it and click the full button.

Using Windows 7 - Chrome 38, Safari 5.1.7, FF 31.2 - the browser turns full screen rather than the video. In IE 11, it works correctly, making the video fullscreen. I have discovered this issue with Vimeo and YouTube videos. Is this an issue with the template or with Bootstrap? Appreciate your assistance.
Hello!

Thank you for your great work.

How would I go about disabling the shrinking NavBar feature? I would prefer it to stay static.

Kind Regards

Could you send me the Android fix please.

The android tablet doesn't scroll when in landscape.

In portrait it scrolls but the menu isn't sitting nicely. That is, the menu icon appears, but the dropdown isn't working - menu items are bunched up.
This is a wordpress theme?
I tested this theme on my mobile phone(chrome lasted version) and ipad(safari lasted version) and the effect (On Scroll Header Shrink) not work fine.
Hello,

I am still having this problem:

XMLHttpRequest cannot load http://example.s3.amazonaws.com/assets/css/main.css. No 'Access-Control-Allow-Origin' header is present on the requested resource. Origin 'http://example.herokuapp.com' is therefore not allowed access.skrollr.stylesheets.min.js:2 oskrollr.stylesheets.min.js:2 uskrollr.stylesheets.min.js:2 (anonymous function)skrollr.stylesheets.min.js:2 (anonymous function)

When I am loading CSS on the same server it works but if I load CSS from different URL (S3 Amazon) suddenly having the problem. I also allowed it in the CORS Permissions in Amazon but no luck.

I think problem is with the

skrollr.stylesheets.min.js

Thank you

I updated to version 1.2 and now the contact form fades in, flashes a couple times, and then fades in a second time. All the other sections fade in as normal, but something in the update has caused the form to react differently.

Any ideas?

Here's the link I'm working on: http://btd.timiandesign.com

Thanks.
Hey,

no problem – it's within the assets/js/onscroll.js in line 21.
Just replace “$(this).bind...” with “$(this).one...” and it's done!

Wish you much fun and success with the tempate!

Hi,

Just purchased the theme, it looks great.
I'm facing some issue with the top menu navbar [The one having logo and links] though, when I scroll down, it doesn't resize and also, if if i clicks on the menu navigation links after scrolling , its giving very unexpected hide effects. While checking the theme it wasn't present on your live server.

I guess this is the same bug, some other user had asked in this forum one month back (still pending).

Could you please look into this urgently.

I was testing this on Mac Platform with Chrome browser. Please note that its working fine in safari browser though.

Nice effort with the theme though.

Thnx
Hi, i've just replied to your email!

The latest version of the template fixes the main menu flickering bug on hover if scrolled down.

Please note that the header and logo shrink function with the resizing and padding styles only works online in most browsers, only Firefox displays it correctly offline!

Thanks – i wish you much fun and success with the template!

Hi , This theme is only done in HTML5 and CSS ? No need for JS framework ?
Hi, REEN and all other templates/themes on Wrapbootstrap uses Bootstrap which is the most popular HTML, CSS, and also JS framework for developing responsive, mobile first projects on the web!
Hello,

I am experiencing some issues with mobile, including the issue referenced by guilhermebezrutchka...it doesn't seem to be recognizing mobile...navbar and columns don't collapse, it looks basically as if you were on the computer but very small. Also the navbar items appear very, very close together (instead of collapsing).

Any advice much appreciated!
Hi and thank you for purchasing REEN!

On what mobile device do you experience this? Can you send me a screenshot to info@fuviz.com with some additional information like OS, browser and template version!? This helps me a lot localizing the source of the bug.

Thanks!

Hello fuviz,

The problem persist on android 4.4.3 HTC One (M7) on Chrome. Probably its Chrome issue and can be generated on many mobile devices with Chrome...
The issue is as follows - all of the following files "portfolio 3 columns grid", "portfolio 3 columns details grid", "portfolio 4 columns grid" and "portfolio 4 columns details grid" seems to render only first 4 items as the forth is cut of by the middle. If there are more than 4 items, the rest are not visible but the space that they have to occupy is there.

I have tested the theme here on wrapbootstrap's website via HTC One (M7) and everything works fine. But when I got the original files (without touching anything) and just upload them on my hosting aforementioned issue occur. It got me to thinking there is a problem with my hosting, but I have lots of website there (more than 30) and everything is working fine. Do you have any ideas how to solve this issue?

Thank you in advance!
Ju
Hi Ju,

thanks for purchasing REEN!

Just replace “$(this).bind...” with “$(this).one...” in assets/js/onscroll.js in line 21 and everything should load just fine!

Can you please provide a fix? Thanks!
Hey there!

First of all thank you for purchasing REEN!

Just add the following style to your assets/css/main.css:
html { overflow-x: hidden; }

I just updated to version 1.2.1 and I believe that I might have found an error in the new main.css file.

On line 63 you have the opacity set to 0, which made the <main> section on my portfolio pages disappear. Once I set the opacity to 1, everything reappeared and the carousel worked normally.

.csstransitions main [class*="col-"] {
opacity: 0;
}

I'm not sure why you needed to add this rule, but hopefully this is helpful.

Thanks for the great work!
Hi,

this line checks if your browser supports CSS3 transitions and hides col- elements for fading in those while scrolling. Be sure to have the assets/js/onscroll.js file included in your project within your html files (check the original download files of v1.2.1).

If you don't have included this file and you don't want to fade in elements on scroll you may delete this line.

Thanks, that's just what it needed. I neglected to add that script to each of the portfolio pages.

With Chrome on Ubuntu, the menu jumps to the left about 10px after you hover over the logo. This is reproducible on the live demo.
Hi and thank you for the note! I'll try to fix this – even if i'm unable to test this on a native Ubuntu system.

This code causes console errors on pages where you don't have a map div:

$(document).ready(function () {

function initialize() {
var mapOptions = {
zoom: 13,
center: new google.maps.LatLng(40.7902778, -73.9597222),
disableDefaultUI: true,
scrollwheel: false
}
var map = new google.maps.Map(document.getElementById('map'), mapOptions);
}

google.maps.event.addDomListener(window, 'load', initialize);

});

And there's a lot more code elsewhere that really isn't necessary on every page. It would be really great if the js files and custom js were grouped and commented so that we can pick and choose what we want loaded. Right now I have to pour through a lot of files to remove code for carousel and maps. This makes updating the theme hard because my changes will be undone the next time I bring over assets.
Hi!

Thank you for your suggestion! You're totally right and i am currently working on a better file structure that makes it easier to update and customize the template also in terms of performance and efficiency.

Until that i suggest to simply create new documents for custom CSS and JavaScripts like custom.css/custom.js and include these in your HTML files. Most editors are able to do that automatically with a search and replace function for instance. So it would be less effort.

Thanks!

Also, the stock google map you use causes a 403 authentication error when it tries to auth with Google. Might need to be updated.
Hi, should be without console error if it isn't loaded locally. Initiate it like this:

<script src="https://maps.googleapis.com/maps/api/js?v=3&sensor=false"></script> for instance ...

instead of the local one:

<script src="assets/js/google.maps.api.v3.js"></script>

By the way: I'm currently working on an One Page Version of REEN! – Will be released this month!

I'm having a bit of an issue with the "more work" accordion from each of the individual portfolio pages on mobile devices.

Here's the reference link:
http://btd.timiandesign.com

If you click on one of the portfolio pieces from the main index page it'll take you to the expanded page. At the bottom you'll see the "more work" button. When the accordion is clicked ON MOBILE DEVICES ONLY, the portfolio thumbnails only show the first 10-20 pixels only and don't expand to full size. I've tested this only on iPad and iPhone, so I'm not sure about Android.

Thanks for the help!
Hi,

there seems to be an issue with uncached images and their sizing and positioning.
I'll provide a solution as asap!
