how can i remove the blank space before main menu and need to remove footer as well
The footer is part of the layout. So you can't remove it without it affecting everything else. There's a lot of CSS for each breakpoint for each area, if you are familiar with CSS and media queries, then you can go into the CSS and adjust. Remove the html for the footer and then go into the CSS and make the adjustments inside the media queries. The navigation has two links to signin and sign up, if you remove that html, the navigation will move up. You can also see the top padding for that area in the CSS and adjust. Use your web developer tools or open up the html to identify the class used.

Your question indicates that this wrapper may be more advanced for your needs. Most layouts are made horizontally as that is the easiest for less experienced developers to adjust, this is an unusual layout and requires rather good CSS skills to adjust.

You might want to try getting a refund. http://support.wrapbootstrap.com/knowledge_base/topics/requesting-a-refund?from_search=true
Just finished a large site with this layout, very happy with your work. I need to find a site for the "I'm Different" wrapper next.
Thanks! I didn't see this comment last month and I'm sorry for the late reply.
Enjoying this wrapper very much and am working it into a project now.

Q: What is the purpose / function of the faux-col sections below the footer? Just curious to understand the thinking here.

Thanks! That's explained in the sidewaze_columns.css file comments. The real columns are floated, the faux columns are fixed, if you only had fixed columns, the site would behave oddly depending on the height. When you have the faux (position:fixed) columns behind the real, floated columns, when the content is shorter in one column and longer in another, the rules follow the user as he or she scrolls. It's been a long time since I created this wrapper, there may be better ways to address this now. I would probably use jquery these days.
Very much appreciated. It's an interesting approach and one that I had not considered. Now that I know where to find the comments I will learn a great deal from this.
Like the way footer pops up right hand side on wider screens - very neat.

Just want to check - does the wrapper come as it appears in demos?

It's the same as the demo, all of the files (including the images which are Creative Commons attributed).

Is there a way to have the mobile menu slide out over the content instead of pushing the content aside?

It's possible with CSS and jQuery but not part of the support.

Hi. Very interested in getting this, but slightly confused as to the difference between theme and wrapper. Can you clarify please? You say you supply the header and footer - does that include the sidebar? Thanks
The demo shows what you get. It is not a full theme, it's what you get in the demo which is a wrapper around the content. The content you put inside the content area and you style with CSS.
How you you be able to add this wrapper to your wordpress blog?
You would need to learn how to make a WordPress theme. This is just html, css, and js.
