Hi.

I'm interested in using your admin theme for my website.
I would want to change the colours of the menu etc, and the background.

Is that straight forward ?
I see in the front end theme you have it as an option, but not in the admin theme.

Thanks
Christian
Hello ChristianB,

Sure, you can change the coloros - just edit assets/css/color_scheme/green.css
On a next update, more predefined colors will be added.

Thank you.
Hi,

I am trying to use the autocomplete component in the landing page.
But looks like the dropdown is overlapped by the components below it.

I had sent you the screeshot and details to your mail.
Please help me. Is it a bug or am i missing something

Thanks,
Mahesh M
Sorry for typo mistake.. I am talking about the autosuggest component...
Hello,

Unfortunately, I can't reproduce this issue.
Can you please send me a print screen to stepofweb[at]gmail.com and/or a link?

Thank you.
When using the live demo for the smarty admin theme, I find that the menu will disappear after scrolling, but before an option can be selected. It makes the theme largely unusable from a mobile. Im using chrome on android.

Is this a bug or and issue with the browser / platform ?

Thanks
Hello,

Unfortunately I don't know about this issue.
I will investigate this and I will came back with and answer and a fix.

Hi,

we have a cuople of problems with our mobile devices:

- the header is not fixed on mobiles (android and iPhone), #header has classes sticky and clearfix
- the parallax image is scaled to maximum on iphone 5, 6 and ipad
- the parallax effect has white spaces at the top and bottom while scrolling up or down (android phones and tablets)

Do you have any idea what we can do to fix these issues?

Many thanks and kind regards
Hello hellgrai,

The header is disabled by default on mobile to avoid various small issues but will be enabled on a future update.

About the other issues, I will investigate them and will be fixed on next update.

Thank you very much,

layer slider breaks when screen width falls below 1280, even when responsive is set to true in layer_options. take a look at feature-slider-layer-2d3d.html. Why is this? Thanks
Hello shervin,

Looks like there is a revolution slider issue on small screens.
I will try to fix this issue for the next update, if official revolution slider vendor will not fix it until then.

Thank you very much for reporting this issue.

Found a bug. I am trying to use the youtube parallax background but when you use has-video-bg on the body tag all the section backgrounds turn to white. Is there a way to fix this so I can still use <section class="theme-color"> or <section class="alternate"> as I would like to add some color separation to my page sections.
Hello aseath,

Unfortunately I can't reproduce this issue, do you have link to be easier to investigate, please?

Thank you.
aseath PURCHASED
Thanks for the response. Use this link: http://seaths.com/fct/index-simple-youtube.html. All I did to your original page was add 4 additional sections after the welcome section each using a different style. The only one that works is dark alternate. All the rest have a white background.
Hello again,

This is happening because you have twi times .parallax-2 class.
Please, add to the second parallax: .parallax-3 class

This should fix the problem.

thank you for the prompt reply. This is a fantastic template btw.
Thank you very much.

If you have more questions, please, let me know.

one last question, is there a way to use the theme-color as a background for the toggles? I am trying to get the title to have the theme-color as the background and the content to be a white background.
Sure, you can use this rule in your custom CSS to rewrite the default background:

.toggle.toggle-transparent-body label {
background: #ff0000;
}

In this example you can see a red background (replace #ff0000 with the color you want).

If you want to change the border, this is CSS rule:

.toggle.toggle-bordered-simple label:hover, .toggle.toggle-bordered-simple label {
border: #FF0000 1px solid;
}

Again, replace #ff0000 with the color you want.

great. thanks for your assistance. keep up the good work!

I have another question for you. On the index-simple-youtube.html page, is it possible to place a down array below the 'mute button' on top of the video that when clicked will scroll the page to the welcome section? Thanks in advance.

ignore my last comment. I figured it out.

Thanks a lot for your awesome template that I already bought.

My question: Using the portfolio pages it's only possible to open one picture, close it, open another picture, close it, etc.

It would be great if one could go through all pictures by using the arrow keys once one picture is opened.

Possible?

Thanks,

Torsten
Hello,

Sorry for this delay.

Sure, you can use as a gallery and navigate using arrow keys.
See here an example of how you can use it:
http://localhost/PRJ/Smarty/HTML/shortcode-galleries.html

Please not to: data-plugin-options='{"delegate": "a", "gallery": {"enabled": true}}'

If you need more help, please let me know: stepofweb[at]gmail.com

Thank you.

Thanks, great.

I love the functionality and the many different pages! I'm looking to make the purchase but want to confirm that this is solely a template. There are no prerequisites, meaning, I can leverage the files within a .NET MVC application? Thoughts?
Hello taggtec,

Yes, Smarty is a solely template.
There are people using Smarty with .NET - I don't know much about .NET but so far, I have no complaints.

If you have more questions, please let me know.
Thank you.
Hi I am using the smarty I like it,

what is the best way to change the pull-down menu font size?

Emad
Hello emadjamal,

Unfortunately, I don't know exactly about what pull-down menu are you talking about.
Can you please be more specific?

Are you alking about the main menu from the header?
yes the main pull-down menu from the header
By default, the font-size is 12px, if you want to use capital letters.
If you want to use 'normal' text text (About us instead ABOUT US), you can use 14px with no problem.

Of course, if you want a bigger text, you can increase the font-size but if you have a long text, 14px would be ok.

You can change the text adding to your custom CSS this:

#topNav ul.dropdown-menu li a {
font-size: 14px;
}
yes the main pull-down menu from the header

Hello stepofweb, have you get the sticky header fixed on mobile ? I've read you have disabled it due to several bugs, but It would be important to get an app-like look :)

Hi all!

Please I'm so worried about this:

Put this to your header:

I have already upload the site to a local webserver and it doesnt' show the fullscreen banner, it starts showing from de second section to down... Can somebody tell me what to do...

I really really need some help please.
:(
Hello,

This is a default Revolution SLider Plugin error when you open the file directly from your computer.

Please, use a local webserver (or your hosting) and should be ok.
Also, please read the documentation - is there how to use as a local file.

Thank you.
Hi!!

Thanks for your response, as i commented before, I have already upload the site to our local webserver as you told me now, the version I'm working now doesn't shows the banner, and the original version neither... I'm trying to look it online and it doesn't works.

I'm so worry now :(
Hello,

There is no reason to not work.
How you accessed the website?
Via http:// ?
Hi, congratulations that's a very nice template. Do you have or intend to have a MVC5 .NET version of it?
Hello tiagows,

I am thinking of .NET version but I don't have an ETA.

Thank you very much for your kind words.

Thanks for the nice template. Having fun working with it. Quick question: Is there a way to change the inline search to remove the form tag and replace it with a div and keep the same styling for the input box and button? I tried to remove the form tag and replace it with a div along with the class style 'widget_search' but the styling is lost on the input field and search button. Here's the code I'm referring to:

<!-- INLINE SEARCH -->
<div class="inline-search clearfix margin-bottom-30">
<form action="" method="get" class="widget_search">
<input type="search" placeholder="Start Searching..." id="s" name="s" class="serch-input">
<button type="submit">
<i class="fa fa-search"></i>
</button>
</form>
</div>
<!-- /INLINE SEARCH -->
Hello,

Sure, add to your custom CSS:

.inline-search input.serch-input {
background: #fff;
border: #e3e3e3 1px solid;
color: #aaa;
float: left;
font-size: 13px;
height: 39px;
letter-spacing: 1px;
margin: 0;
padding: 5px 50px 5px 10px;
width: 100%;
}

.inline-search button {
background: rgba(0, 0, 0, 0);
border-left: #e3e3e3 1px solid;
font-size: 17px;
width: 39px;
height: 39px;
line-height: 39px;
vertical-align: bottom;
position: absolute;
right: 0;
}

This should allow you to use a div.
This worked perfectly. Thank you very much for the support!
Hello!
I want to buy this template.
I will make a multi-level menu, but I found the problem - when the menu is minimized, the nested elements are not displayed correctly - http://imgur.com/1HF8iWj.
Please correct - it's very important for me.
Hello Cosmologist,

Thank you very much for your feedback,
I didn't know about this issue - will be fixed on next update (this week, I think).

Thank you very much.

Hi,

How can I implement that clicking on a main menu entry that has the class „dropdown“
also reacts on a mouseclick by redirecting to another page?

I tried

<li class="dropdown">
<a class="dropdown-toggle" href="[some url]">
some text
</a>
<ul class="dropdown-menu">
<li>
<a href="[some url]">
some text
</a>
</li>
</ul>
</li>

but that does not work.

Thanks a lot,

Torsten

Is there a special reason why this question is not answered?

Maybe I have to rephrase: Is clicking on a main menu entry that is of type "dropdown" not supported? Requested behavior: redirect to a page
Hello,

I am very sorry for this delay, I don't know whay... I missed your comment.

I hope I understand your question.
When you have href="#" on main menu link, the click is disabled.
If you have something else than "#", the link should work.
TorstenM PURCHASED
Thanks for your feedback.

BUT I'm sorry: Replacing "#" by a normal link does not work. I did that in one of your template files:

<ul id="topMain" class="nav nav-pills nav-main">
<li class="dropdown"><!-- HOME -->
<a class="dropdown-toggle" href="http://www.google.de">
HOME
</a>
<ul class="dropdown-menu">
<li class="dropdown">
...

The link to Google is shown in the status bar of the browser but clicking on it doesn't work.
Any ideas?

Thanks a lot.
Hello again,

Smarty is working by replacing "#".
Can you please tell me about what other of my templates are you talking about?
I know that Epona and Atropos has this issue (will be fixed on next release)
I will send you the javascript by email.

Thank you.
TorstenM PURCHASED
It's definitely the SMARTY template. I just replaced "#" with the Google link in one of the original template files (in my case "page-services-1.html"). the hand symbol is shown when moving over the "HOME" menu entry, the correct link is displayed in the status bar, but clicking has no effect.

Looking for your e-mail...

Thanks again.
Oh, I'm very sorry - there was an issue, indeed.
Please, write me an email to grig.dorin[at]gmail.com and I'm send you the fix.

How did you get this to work? I'm facing the same challenge. On full site I need the menu item to be a dropdown that shows sub items but the dropdown menu item also needs to be clickable with a link. On the mobile site how do you accommodate this? Thanks!
