Hi im getting a lot of spam thru the email form is there a way to code the form so no spam can get thru?
Thanks in advance...

The spam your getting has nothing to do with the template. It's related to your mapil handler. you can take a look on CSRF tokens or Google Captcha. Hopes that helps for you.

your mapil handler = your mail handler. Sorry for that. typo.
Hi,

Thank you for your messages. We do much appreciate it.

@Phillipquick Please note, Unify is a static HTML Template. We advice you to use Google reCaptcha as @IMarks suggested.

Hi,

I would like to ask you if there is a way to animate the process of adding to cart.
For example, I would like to make the photo of the product to "fly to the cart" when I add somthing to cart.
Hi,

Thank you for your message.

We do not have such an option in Unify Template but you can do it with custom code.

Please do let us know if you have more questions.

I just purchased this template. I find the style very nice and the programming is also clean. The only thing I don't like about this template is the folder structure. For example let's say I want to build my site based on the "Education" Multi-Page Theme.

This Theme is in a folder that is "below" the main assets folder. So this means that if I just use this "out of the box" and keep the linking to all relevant vendor assets, css etc., my "index.html" will be in a directory somewhere under my root directory on the web server like /multipage/MyWebsite/index.html ... And then all the necessary assets are linked like ../../../vendor/ etc. etc.

This is to me bad practice. It would have been nice of all the different theme versions such as "education", "marketing", blog etc. would have their own folders containing the assets.
Hi,

Thank you for your message and feedback. We do much appreciate it.

There reason why vendors are globally linked is to reduce duplication of used vendors and reducing the size of download package. However, please note each demo package comes with its assets folder (images and css). In the result the current file and folder structure adds couple of minutes extra work for the end product instead making the download package 1-2 GB.

Please do let us know if you have more questions.

A question is about "revolution slider"

For example, in page "e-commerce/home-page-1.html", i want to make sliders switch automatically instead of click sider bar. How to make the config?

Hi.
I would like to know how to make my added links to other sections of the page use the smooth scrolling that is used in the navbar by default or in the link to go to the top of the page.

My added links just go to the linked section in 0.000001 seconds without a smooth scroll.

Thank you
I tried to add the .js-go-to class to my link (like it is done in the navbar-brand in the navbar) but it just seemed top break my link and it does not work anymore if I let the .js-go-to class active.

It;s ok, it seems the font awesome icons don't display in Firefox when loaded locally. They work fine once uploaded to the server and locally in other browsers.

Hi, thanks for your response. Since I couldn't find a support page or email address I hope it's OK to write here in the comments. It would be nice if there would be some documentation regarding how one can set up one of the template variations as a single site in the root directory - in other words - the HTML pages are in the root, and all assets vendors, etc. are in sub-directories.

Thanks,
Gary
Hi Gary,

Thank you for getting back to us!

You may always contact us at [email protected] for any support related questions and our support team will get back to you and help.

Additionally, we have included a basic documentation in the download package where we mention to contact us via email almost in each section if there is any issues as it is really hard to manage support related questions via comments since you can not post readable codes, attache files etc. (that's one of the reason).

We strongly suggest first to go through our documentation since it includes valuable information about Unify Template and its file and code structure.

We are looking forward to hearing form you soon and hope you will enjoy using Unify Template and be satisfied fully with our support team.

hi... have u guys manage to use ur radio button/checkbox button rectangle design? i cant somehow use it with jquery validation cause the input element is hidden.. jquery valdiation wont trigger in hidden fields (unless inidcated) wont fit to us cause our page is dynamic.. and tehre are hide and show parts...

it will be greatfull if you guys can give rectangle style design radio/checkbox without the input being hidden
Hi,

Thank you for your message and feedback. We do much appreciate it.

1) The rectangle style design can be easily achieved, you should just give a class rounded-0 or you may just modify the class via css/sass.

2) Regarding hidden issue, you may replace the class "g-hidden-xs-up" with your own class (e.g. test) and write in your custom CSS file opacity: 0; to your class.

For example:

Before:
<input class="g-hidden-xs-up g-pos-abs g-top-0 g-left-0" name="radInline1_1" type="radio" checked="">

After:
<input class="test g-pos-abs g-top-0 g-left-0" name="radInline1_1" type="radio" checked="">

.test {
opacity: 0;
}

We hope the above solution will help you.

Please feel free to reach us at [email protected] for further assistance.

Hi, can you suggest a suitable way to use one of your standard colors (e.g. "lightred") as a "template" to setup a custom color, which then can also be applied to the same html elements in the same way as the standard color would?

Thanks

What version of the bootstrap will be in version 2.5?
Hi,

Thank you for your message.

Currently, the dev version is under Bootstrap v4.0.0-beta.2 and we are not able to give a promise that it will be with the latest version of BS. However, if there will not be any major issues we will include the latest Bootstrap version with Admin Template update.

Hey I purchased the template and I'm installing it onto a Ruby on Rails application. I'm using the home-page-1.html template, in the unify-main>home repo. On the first div with the dzsparallaxer--target class, I am unable to set the background-image attribute in the inline style on the html (just renders as plain black background). I googled it and figured out that I can set:

body .dzsparallaxer:not(.mode-oneelement) {
background-image:url(img.jpg);
background-repeat: no-repeat;
background-size: cover;
}

I am able to get the background-image to render - however, this sets all background images as the same img.jpg background and I lose the parallax effect. What is the best ID or Class selector to use in the SCSS to set background images on each individual div?

Thank you,
Chris
Hi Chris,

Many thanks for reaching us.

Since, it is a custom solution we recommend you to create a new class in custom SASS file. However, our support team is not specialized in backend related questions and we are not able to give proper suggestion for this case. We hope for your kind understanding.

Please feel free to contact us if you have more questions.

Sad to see one of the best themes I've ever seen; the Unify Theme, which is top-notch and sacrificing the budget for great customer service. After reading hundreds of thousands of comments its fair to say that above and beyond or excedding customer expectations and excellence in customer service is not anywhere on your top list. I found so unfair the common practice of most busy industries in customer service not to bother or walk the extra mile when asked for great customer support. I would seriously encourage the owner(s) to invest more on customer service. Its not acceptable the abusive and redundant use of the generic: "
Please contact us at [email protected] with the above questions and our support team will check it in details and get back to you within a short time." (of course i understand you already got paid so because the money its on your pockets already theres no need to commit to providing excellence in customer service. Excuses only satisfy and weakens the character of those who make them. Im really sorry to be so honest. Im considering your template but after reading enough support inquiries and the ratio of the generic template answer, Im reconsidering.
Have you ever stopped and thought for a second why do they do that? There are several reasons:
1) To solve an issue there might be several back and forward discussions
2) The template is often leaked and put on to the web for free use, and by talking to customers via e-mail they at least try to keep their work only for the ones they paid

I for one sent e-mails whenever I felt the need and the response came under 24h and they were really helpful. They're a great team and you can see all the hard work they put into this.

Speaking about money, they get paid ~80$ / theme but they keep it updated for over 2 years with great ideas and now that 2.0 is here, it's great concept that help everybody.

As a suggestion, try to give arguments and think a bit before bashing someone.
Hello,

Thank you a lot for your comments and feedback. We do much appreciate your time.

We welcome any feedback and always do our best to improve our product and services. Unfortunately, we are not agree with your point of view since we put lots of effort in Unify Template including its support. Unify Template has been released almost 5 years ago and we never stopped its updates and support. Do not take our words, just have a look the following link to check the full list of updates during 5 years:

https://htmlstream.com/preview/item-page/changelog.txt

Regarding the comments section; comments are mean for re-sale questions not item support. There are lots of reason why we ask to contact us via email few of them mentioned by @ProduseSoftware. Usually, when there is an issue with the template it requires file attachments like code, screenshots etc. which are not possible to do that within comment section.

Furthermore, we do have a stuff who manages all support related questions and and use paid tools for only Unify support like FrontApp. It is not cheap to maintain but we do it since we value all of our customers choice. We believe you will change your thoughts after using our product and services.

Once again, thank you for taking time to reaching us and as we mention we always welcome any kind of feedback as our priority is to keep making Unify better and better.

Please feel free to reach if you have more questions or any doubts about our product and services.

Kindest Regards,
Unify Team
