Website is built with LTR but if my user is in different country that speaks Arabic for example. I need to know what css or js should I use to make the site RTL.

Simply copy dist/DEBUG_OFF/RTL/assets/* to your assets/ folder.
That's all.
There is also a file "RTL-NOTE.txt" (is not in the documentation).
