I have an issue with the menus items in Chrome. The weird thing is that it works perfectly in the live preview of the product, but it is not working properly when I test it locally from within the folder of the downloaded zip.
When I click on any menu items, it doesn't scroll down to the specific section. It works fine on firefox.

My chrome version: Version 64.0.3282.186 (Official Build) (64-bit)
Hope you can point me in the right direction to solve it, or send me a fixed version.
