When I go to your "live preview" of the theme at: http://themes.3rdwavemedia.com/atom/1.3/ it doesn't work well in Google Chrome. But on IE it looks great. Same thing with my own website.

Our theme has no problem. There is a Chrome bug causing the display issue though - it only happens in Windows system. We've reported the bug to Google and they are fixing it at the moment.You can track the progress here: https://code.google.com/p/chromium/issues/detail?id=543583
