It seems like the viewport meta tag is completely ignored on Android phones. Is there a fix?

It is working fine. I just tested on different android phones + iphone as well

OK. I've fixed it. It's because of the "Forward with Masking" setting on GoDaddy. If this setting is on, GoDaddy will pack everything that is returned from the server into a frameset, so that the viewport tag is just ignored.
