I choosed the option "pay without paypal account" on the paypal site and paid with my master card. I received neither a confirmation mail from paypal nor a receipt. I already checked my spams, nothing. Must i contact paypal?

Sounds like the payment didn't go through.
It's best you contact PayPal or your credit card provider about the transaction.
