I want to purchase this theme but I am not sure how will I able to update contents in this theme. is there any admin panel like wordpress or is it just simple HTML files that needs to be updated manually. If there is possibility of buying this theme and admin panel separately which can help me updating my content, I won't mind purchasing that either.
unfortunetelly no, there is none CMS (content managemet system). This theme is only html, css3. You can purchase this theme and find someone who will be able to put this theme on wordpress or any other CMS.
