I have three questions:

1) Every HTML programmer can install this theme or do I need some specialist?

2) Can this theme be installed on WordPress?

3) If not, does that have some admin in order to include contents or I will always need a programmer to do so?

1. HTML is easy to use, any HTML programmer can install this theme
2. No, it's not a WordPress theme
3. No admin included, it's a front-end HTML template
