I purchased this theme and have the same issue with the "Download" and "Discover" buttons in Chrome - they don't work when you click on them. The same happens in your demo (Video Background theme).

Please replace all content of the "jquery.scrollTo.js" file inside the JS folder of the theme with this content: https://raw.githubusercontent.com/flesler/jquery.scrollTo/master/jquery.scrollTo.js and the buttons will be working again.
