Discussion on LUNA - Responsive Admin Theme

Hi, any guidance on how to integrate with Vuejs? Say I create a project via their CLI. Where in their standard directory structure do I put contents of Luna (html seed). In which file do I setup the base stylesheet. A pointer to someone else's blog post will work as well.
