The popup chat has an issue on mobile. The header and write a message footer are not always fixed.
I can't write a message until I scroll the conversation body to the bottom. When I'm able to write a message, the fixed header that displays the users info hides. If I want to display the user header and it's controls, I have to scroll the conversation body to the very top.
