At least on my Android it loads the full desktop version of the page is displayed not the mobile version - It seems like the .js file reference is missing.

Actually - it's the frame at the top that prevented it from being responsive, when the small black wrapbootstrap frame at the top is removed the site rendered properly on mobile.

This seems like an error in the template itself.
