Our Notification plugin has been replaced with Toast from Bootstrap. As described in the v3.0 changelog "Remove all plugins that require jQuery", the Notifications plugin uses jQuery (it's no longer supported), and all third-party plugins that still use jQuery are no longer supported.
In a future version, we will consider adding an example of how Bootstrap's Toast works.
