There is no existing directory at "F:\wamp\www\Work\SmartAd\smartAd\storage\logs" and it could not be created: Permission denied
The "F:\wamp\www\Work\SmartAd\smartAd\resources\views" directory does not exist.
You need to comment our the full routes/api.php and check it.
