One of the topics I cared for when I was considering to buy this item, was the "Dedicated Email Support: When purchasing Spectrum, you will have access to dedicated email support. We want your experience working with Spectrum to be as seamless as the template itself, and will answer any questions you may have regarding the template via email as soon as possible once a request is received". I don't know as soon as possible is in a year or what, but there's not such a thing as Dedicated Email Support. I've tried commenting here twice - no answer. Tried to mail them - no answer. It's obvious they have this project abandoned or actually, the support doesn't exist anymore. So think twice before buying this theme! It's disappointing!
