Hi!

I tested the site in Chrome and it is not working properly. The header does not appear when I slide down and the skills graph does not appear.

In MS Edge works fine.

We have tested the theme in Chrome (Mac & Windows) and everything works as expected - can't recreate the problem you have described.

Perhaps your Chrome has some issues or you are not using the latest version?
