Also, when I scroll down, the navigation/menu item on top does not reflect 'current page' it is on by displaying an active state. Can this be fixed by simply making some changes to the CSS? Thanks.

You're welcome. I don't have to fix it because it's not broken. I've made it this way intentionally. Maybe in new versions I'll add this feature.
