I am a paid subscriber & least I expect from the support is to get a reply. I know for most of the questions/feature requests you're not going to oblige. But please have some courtesy of responding to the posts that people ask in anticipation. In some of your replies, you asked OP to send email to get support. But you didn't mention the email address? It's not written in the readme file that comes in the zip bundle either! Such response sends bad impression online!
