I bought Unify because I wanted to have an updated version of the admin template. I had used previous versions which contained admin templates but current version doesn't contain any admin template.
If you guys had added an update on this in the change log then I might not have bought Unify. You have listed small changes but didn't include this big change of skipping admin template in your change log.
Please note, Unify v3.x is optional update for no cost!
