Please could you confirm, if the following JavaScript Files are required on the template > index.html page:
jquery.isotope.js jquery.knob.js
I would just like to check, it is ok for me to remove these JavaScript files from the Index.html page if they are not being used.

Also, are there other JavaScript files on the index.html page of Alkaline template, that are not needed for loading the index.html ? I would like to remove any JavaScript files that are not needed from index.html, to help improve index.html load time.
Your template is very well developed, i just would like to check if there are JavaScript files being loaded on index.html, that are not required for that page i can safely remove them.
Those scripts are used on other pages but not on homepage.
Instead of removing on each page the unnecessary js files, if you like, you can pack all scripts to a single javascript file using a compressor like this: http://www.refresh-sf.com/yui/

You can remove from index.html:

jquery.isotope.js

jquery.magnific-popup.min.js

jquery.knob.js
